Set-up: The Village will be ready for brewer’s roll-in at 11am. Upon arrival you’ll be directed to your table location. As you enter, the ice crew will provided you with your initial bags of ice from the ice trailer located near the vehicle entry gate. During the day we’ll have the ice crew bring you additional ice as needed.

When you’re done unloading your vehicles, please move them to the hotel parking structure. We’d like all Brewery Tents in place and ready by 1pm. The local health department representatives will arrive to start their inspections between 12:30-1pm. Because of our simple layout, they can move through this process very quickly if everyone is ready for inspection. Let’s keep them happy!

During this time, we’ll bring you the official MLBF souvenir glasses, brewer badges, staff wristbands, and food vouchers for you and your crew. These vouchers can be used as cash at the food tents and restaurants until 6pm. Mix and match from the menu items all day long. Many of the dishes are paired for the beers!

Operation: We are expecting 2000-2200 people for this year’s festival. Please note that the Village is open to the public before and during the festival. The MLBF officially opens at 2pm for the VIP attendees. The GA attendees entry time is 3:30pm. Typically, everyone arrives at the Admission tent before each entry time to get their official MLBF glass and required wristband. We’ll be well staffed to make this efficient.

Because the Village is open to the public during the festival, visitors will be able to enjoy the Village shops, food trucks, and vendor tents on site. Everyone wanting to sample beers must have an official MLBF glass and festival wristband. Please direct anyone needing these to the Admission tent at the top of the Village. Until the event is sold out, we’ll have glasses and wristbands available to purchase for each entry time.

During the day if you’d like a break, there will be crew members available to assist you at your location. This will also provide you time to use the food vouchers, sample other beers, meet your fellow brewers, and enjoy time in the crowd. These crew members have valid servers cards, and are experienced festival veterans!

After the event: We offer each brewer or brewery representative that provides and serves beer from their tent at the MLBF a complimentary hotel room for the night in one of the resorts on site. Would you like one?
